TRAINER:

Mark Shapiro, ALICE software creator, has been a consultant to nonprofit organizations and foundations since 1991. He has spent his entire career in the Kansas City nonprofit sector as a staff person, executive director, and foundation program officer. Additionally, Mark has written over 600 grants and has provided a wide range of assistance in the areas of process facilitation, program evaluation, and data analysis. He frequently leads grant writing and outcomes measurement training courses for nonprofit staff.
