Position: Empowerment Evaluator
Rhode Island Coalition Against Domestic Violence
Full time position with the Rhode Island Coalition Against Domestic Violence to provide intensive coaching, training, and support to state and community multidisciplinary teams as they implement and evaluate Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) primary prevention strategies. The project focuses on the social and structural determinants of health at the societal and community levels of the social-ecological model.
This position is grant-funded for at least four years through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Candidates must have a MPH and 3 years of experience in the field of evaluation, preferably related to violence against women and primary prevention. Experience in training communities on evaluation design and methods using an empowerment approach required.
