Jeff Wagaman, Executive Director of the Division of Crime Victims Compensation
Office of Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt

Prior to being appointed to this position, Jeff Wagaman served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Attorney General Schmidt. During his career he has worked as the Assistant State Treasurer of Kansas, Executive Director of the Kansas Corporation Commission, Deputy Secretary of the Kansas Department of Administration, Chief of Staff to Governor Bill Graves, Chief of Staff to the Kansas Senate President and the Kansas Senate Majority Leader, and he held several other positions in the Kansas Departments of Corrections and Social and Rehabilitation Services. He also worked as the Chief Professional Officer of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Topeka for two years and he has run several political campaigns at the state, legislative, and local levels. Wagaman has a B.A. from Washburn University and MPA from the University of Kansas and he is the very proud father of his 16 year old daughter, Lindsey.
