August 2005, Wichita: Woman, 21, dies of a gunshot wound. Ex-boyfriend charged.
7/15/05, Kansas City: Man, 35, sentenced to nearly 20 years in prison for sex offenses against three children.
7/13/05, Hutchinson: Woman, 30, dies of a gunshot wound. Boyfriend charged.
6/19/05, Neodesha: Woman, 41, dies of shotgun wound. Husband charged.
4/10/05, Kansas City: Woman, 78, dies of strangulation. Husband charged.
4/6/05, Liberal's Southwest Daily Times: "Jurors return two guilty verdicts in child rape case"
3/11/05, Leavenworth: Woman, 26, shot by ex-boyfriend, 26, but survives. He later kills himself.
