PEER SHARING CALL SERIES
Peer-to-Peer Calls: A Discussion Series for Advocates
Sponsored by:
Audience: Member program advocates and staff only
Series Description: This Peer-to-Peer Advocacy Discussion Series offers a supportive space for advocates to engage in dialogue, question, and reflect with others across Kansas. In addition, this series invites KCSDV member program advocates to discuss ways to enhance access to services and support to survivors from rural, historically underserved, and unserved communities. We hope to create an opportunity for collective restoration while recognizing the importance of rest as we continue to move our work forward.
While each call will focus on a different topic, advocates can expect the following format for each call. The calls will open with introductions, followed by a brief topic introduction, the call will then open for group discussions, and close with a restorative activity.
