Grant Administrative Coordinator – Kansas Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Violence
Position: Grant Administrative Coordinator
Responsible To: Director of Finance & Administration
Primary Responsibility: Assist with grant reports and applications, financial grant reporting and budgeting, provide data to program managers as requested.
Specific Duties:
- Maintain electronic and physical grant files and a detailed list of all current grants with reporting requirements, purpose, and funding information.
- Maintain grant budgets in the accounting system.
- Assist with grant financial reporting, as assigned.
- Provide budget reports and analysis to Director of Finance and Administration.
- Assist with grant budget development and revisions.
- Assist with grant invoicing and drawdowns.
- Assist with compliance and fiscal audits.
- Collaborate with admin team on basic maintenance and troubleshooting of agency computers and coordination of IT contractor services, maintain detailed record of agency computers and inventory, software licensing, and computer rotations.
- Assist as needed with new employee orientation.
- Assist with coverage of the reception function when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Employment Status: Full-time (36 hours/week), exempt.
Salary: $47,000.00 We know that the practice of salary negotiation can contribute to pay inequities, this starting salary is non-negotiable. Our compensation structure—as well as our approach to future compensation adjustments—is transparent to all employees.

Location: This position offers a collegial working environment in our offices in downtown Topeka, KS. with a hybrid in-person/remote work schedule. Remote work is set for most staff as Mondays and Fridays, with weekly office hours as 8:30am-5:00pm (Monday-Thursday) and 8:30am-12:30pm (Fridays).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed: Two years’ experience in grant reporting, budgeting, and application experience; high level of
initiative and organization; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Thorough knowledge of office functions and systems, with the capability to develop and implement new systems. Excellent computer skills, including basic IT support, ability to work independently and with a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience reflecting progressively increased work responsibilities. Must be able to lift and carry 20-30 lbs, sit for extended periods of time
Other Requirements: Ability to travel with own means of transportation
