Description:

This interactive training will provide member program advocates with the tools to effectively outreach, engage, and improve services and community responses to rural, underserved, and unserved communities. During this training, participants will be able to practice and apply outreach and community strategies.

As a result of this training, participants will be better able to:

• Define outreach and engagement
• Identify objectives and priorities for outreach and community engagement
• Build organizational outreach and community engagement plans
