This training will provide member program advocates, outreach advocates and community engagement advocates with the tools to effectively outreach and engage with underserved communities. Additionally, this training provides tools to improve services, and community responses to survivors from those communities.

  • Define and differentiate between outreach and engagement.
  • Develop an outreach plan for their service area.
  • Discuss outreach and engagement strategies with other advocates.
  • Apply various outreach strategies.
