This webinar will focus on promoting the bond between the supportive, non-abusing parent and their children who have experienced domestic violence.
As a result of this webinar, participants will be able to:
- Identify the elements that affect the parent-child relationship after exposure to domestic violence.
- Implement strategies and activities for promoting a positive bond between children and their non-abusing parent.
- Apply skills in using techniques of intervention that honor the parent and promote healthy parent-child relationships.
- Identify parent-child advocacy best practices to improve communication of non-abusing parents and their children.
