According to loveisrespect.org, “one in three adolescents in the U.S. is a victim of physical, sexual, emotional or verbal abuse from a dating partner, a figure that far exceeds rates of other types of youth violence” (Davis, A. 2008). This webinar will discuss strategies and tools for engaging youth in conversations about healthy and unhealthy relationships, to include the dynamics and red flags of teen dating violence through innovative and interactive activities.
As a result of this webinar, participants will be able to:
- Practice methods and have confidence in talking to youth about healthy and unhealthy relationships, and teen dating violence.
- Utilize interactive tools and activities for youth to be able to identify relationship dynamics to include healthy, unhealthy and abusive relationships.
