Do you want to create an effective volunteer program?  Do you struggle with recruiting, engaging, and sustaining volunteers?  The focus of this webinar will be evaluating our volunteer programs in a way that focuses on foundational program philosophies which impact recruitment and retention of volunteers. Webinar participants will learn about the often overlooked benefits of an established program philosophy to help them engage and keep volunteers.
