  • KCSDV is Saddened to Hear Judge Called Victimized Girls Aggressors in a Sexual Assault Case Against 67 Year Old

    The Kansas Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Violence (KCSDV) is saddened to hear that a judge, who is the arbiter of justice, would call these victimized girls aggressors in a sexual assault case against a 67 year old defendant. We are appalled and disgusted that anyone would take this position.
